Our Mission

Aaron Conrey is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Trinity Data Center Solutions LLC., and works with Nabon and the team to lead the companies vision and day to day operations.

 

Aaron has over 23 years of experience working in mission critical facilities. His expertise in this field started as a naval nuclear power plant operator / supervisor where he lead operations, maintenance, and training for his peers.

 

In 2007, Aaron transitioned to an OEMs representative where he sold and commissioned critical infrastructure including UPS systems, generators, ATS switches, and switchgear. In 2009, Aaron again transitioned, this time to data center operations at QTS and quickly moved into leadership roles for operations, engineering, and sales teams.  He has experience as a data center provider and as a data center client.

 

His knowledge and experience encompasses all data center engineering disciplines including architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, telecom, and security systems.

 

Prior to starting Trinity Data Center Solutions, Aaron spent the last 5 years as a VP of Hyperscale Solutions Engineering, leading one of the best sales engineering teams in the industry at QTS Data Centers in the pursuit of Hyperscale opportunities with the most advanced data center buyers on the planet.

Nabon Marsico is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Trinity Data Center Solutions LLC., along with his Co-Founder Aaron, he oversees the company vision and day-to-day operations.

 

Nabon began his career in the United States Navy as a nuclear trained Electrician’s Mate and served on board a fast attack submarine. He then spent 5 years with Emerson Network Power where he worked with critical power equipment across the country.

 

In 2008 Nabon transitioned to managing construction and the daily operations of data centers. Over the next 12 years Nabon would gradually increase his scope of responsibility to include over 30 data centers across the country.  Immediately prior to Co-Founding Trinity Data Center Solutions LLC.,  Nabon spent two years as a Hyperscale Solutions Engineer supporting some of the world’s largest and most sophisticated data center buyers and users while at QTS Data Centers.

 

Nabon has always enjoyed a technical demanding role that includes working with a wide variety of unique individuals that allows personal interactions to flourish.  In the past 20 years Nabon has led or been on the team overseeing 20 plus data center builds, countless data center expansions, the day-to-day operations of over 30 data centers and hundreds of data center client installations.
